Beckman explained that although generics make up 90% of prescriptions, the industry faces challenges as price-driven competition becomes unsustainable. He details Yaral’s rapid growth since its 2023 launch, highlighting its focus on quality, supply reliability and differentiated products rather than volume. Beckman also stressed the importance of listening to pharmacists, supporting community pharmacy and targeting specific patient populations to add real value.
