Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about YARALDirect and telehealth access
What is YARALDirect?
YARALDirect expands patient access to YARAL Pharma’s select prescription medicines through telehealth. The program connects eligible patients with licensed healthcare providers via UpScriptHealth for online consultations.
How does telehealth prescribing work?
Patients complete an online medical intake form and consultation through the UpScriptHealth platform. A licensed healthcare provider reviews the information and determines if treatment is appropriate. If a prescription is issued, the medication is dispensed and shipped directly to the patient.
Who determines eligibility for treatment?
A licensed healthcare provider reviews each patient’s medical information during the online consultation. The provider determines if treatment is appropriate based on the patient’s specific situation and medical history.
Do I need insurance to use YARALDirect?
Insurance is not accepted for the cost of YARAL Pharma’s medication. Coverage and payment options for telehealth consultations may vary. Patients should visit UpScriptHealth for the most current information regarding telehealth payment options and insurance acceptance.
